After a lazy start to the morning with "daughter Helen" who stayed over last night we got in the car and went to deliver something called a "present" to someone called "Granny" but I had to wait outside as apparently she has a Border Terrier who's terrified of labradors. I simply don't understand that.
We then took Helen to Lincoln and then Mum and I found a great walk in Nettleham along a stream and a bridleway. I put my feet in the water - BAD idea, boy was it cold! Next port of call was a really nice human called Geoff in Market Rasen for tea and cake for Mum and water & dog biscuits for me. His house is really doggy-friendly, with a comfy bed full of fun toys. They kept talking about someone called Charlie; I thought Charlie was the cat I now live with... oh well, whatever! On getting back home we met Pat out for a walk with her young Great Dane Bo - he's a bit of a giant but a softie.

9th January
Day 5 in the Big Brother house... Oh! Sorry, wrong blog! Oscar here, just checking in! Had a great day today. Met a new sucker to dispense treats and fuss, apparently she is a "daughter", whatever one of those is. We had a walk tonight, me and Mum and the daughter. It was a bit windy out there. I caught a LEAF! And then ANOTHER LEAF! And then a BIG FAT FURRY SNAKE! Well, Mum says it was my tail, but I'm not convinced. Things are getting better with Charlie. He let me wash his ears a bit, but not for long. His language is dreadful though. I wonder if he kisses his mother with that mouth? Agent Oscar, over and out!

8th January
I'm getting the human training underway. The one called Mum has been practising a new trick today. I sit and look at her until she says "touch" then I nudge her hand with my nose and it makes her feed me something nice. Neat eh? Having a harder time with Charlie the cat though. He seemed to love it when I suggested a game of chase as he willingly galloped off when I ran towards him. I shouted at him to come back and the humans were not pleased and told me to leave him be. I just don't get it. I think he quite likes me though as tonight, when he was up high and I was on floor, Mum was giving us treats & he tossed me a couple of his... they're very moreish .. called Dreamies.

Hello!
Hello. I'm Oscar.
I was born in May 2014 and I'm a Yellow Labrador, though I'm sometimes described as being "Fox red" in colour. I came to live with my new family on 4th January. My previous family loved me so much that when they all had to work full time they decided it would be unfair to leave me alone so much. Everyone says I'm adorable - who am I to disagree?
